3-The amount requested to be refunded must be written in numbers.

4-The telephone and address information of the real/legal person performing the transfer must be written clearly.

5-If the real person performing the transfer inadvertently, their name and surname; if it is a commercial enterprise, their trade name must be written clearly.

6-The date of the transfer must be written as hour, day, month, year.

7-We are all one, the amount transferred must be written in numbers. The date the refund is requested must be written as day, month, year.

8-You must briefly and clearly state the reason for your inadvertent refund cancellation.
